VTK A/S joins VGP Park Vejle as a new tenant
- VTK A/S and their sister company Blite A/S move in to approximately 5,700 m² in VGP Park Vejle

18 December 2024, Vejle, Denmark: VGP, a European provider of high-quality logistics and semi-industrial real estate, announces a new tenant for VGP Park Vejle: VTK A/S leases approximately 5,700 m² in Building D, from the end of next year. VGP Denmark is excited to welcome this dynamic company to VGP Park Vejle and looks forward to supporting their continued growth and success.
VTK A/S is a leading supplier of non-food consumer goods, offering high-quality solutions in cleaning products, paper, and personal hygiene, catering to a broad spectrum of industries.
Blite A/S specializes in tools and equipment for both professionals and DIY enthusiasts. Both companies will be using the facilities as their headquarters, providing offices, space for storage purposes, and a B2B showroom offering good visibility from the motorway.
To cater to the tenant’s unique needs, VGP provides tailored solutions, leveraging its in-house technical expertise. State-of-the-art technical infrastructure is being supplied, seamlessly aligning with the tenant’s strong focus on sustainability and innovation.
VGP Denmark secured more than 175,000 m² of land near Vejle, strategically located adjacent to the E45 highway at Vejle S. The park is to become a thriving hub for innovation and will have a total lettable area of more than 80,000 m² for light industrial and logistics activities, spread over four buildings. After the first 16,000 m² being built and leased out, construction on new buildings will start next year, providing 11,000 m² of available space for innovative businesses.
VGP aims to create a sustainable and innovative environment at VGP Park Vejle. Every aspect of the construction will prioritize sustainability. Plans include not only energy-efficient solutions like photovoltaic systems and smart metering but also electric vehicle chargers and initiatives to enhance local biodiversity, all with the goal of achieving DGNB Gold certification or its equivalent.
