
VGP Park Valencia fully let after welcoming Grupo K-Global and Eurojuguetes to the park
- The pan-European provider of logistics and semi-industrial real estate reaches an agreement with the Valencian companies Grupo K-Global and Eurojuguetes, for the rental of nearly 30,000 square meters in the VGP Park Valencia Cheste
Valencia, April 11, 2022.- The pan-European company VGP, that manages and owns high-quality logistics and semi-industrial properties, has closed two rental agreements; one, of 13,673 square meters, with the Valencian furniture sector company Grupo K-Global in building B, where they share premises with AZA Logistics and Dia Supermarkets, and another agreement with the company -also Valencian- Eurojuguetes, dedicated to the distribution and sale of consumer goods (mostly imported from Asia), for the lease of building A, with a constructed area of 14,056 square meters.
VGP Park Valencia Cheste, located in Parque Empresarial Circuito de Cheste, thus achieves 100% occupancy in the two buildings it currently has, and prepares the project for the construction of the next building, which will have 26,000 m2 of leasable area and whose works will begin at the end of the second quarter of 2022. The park has an area of 111,000 square meters, of which more than 66,000 will be of built area.
Both Grupo K-Global and Eurojuguetes reinforce their logistics activity with the rental of these warehouses, with a similar strategy, that of consolidating their different warehouses in the same building, moving from the southern zone to Cheste, in the case of the furniture and decoration company, and from Ribarroja to Cheste by Eurojuguetes.
VGP Park Valencia Cheste is located 18 km from the center of Valencia and 14 km from Manises Airport. It is a strategic location, close to the third Spanish agglomeration, which brings together almost 2 million inhabitants.
