The park is located in the south-east of Milan’s metropolitan area in the municipality of Sordio, ca 6 km from Meleg¬nano, 13 km from Lodi’s city centre, and ca 20 km from Milan’s city centre. Our park’s location within that area will be well connected to the main routes. With easy access to and from the main national roads, it is situated 500 m from the Vizzolo Predabissi toll gate on the A58 motorway (the TEEM ring road) connecting Milan, Brescia, and Bergamo. It is also close to the A1 motorway, one of the key routes through the Po Valley towards Bologna. VGP Park Sordio is strategically placed in the middle of a dynamic area with strong workforce availability. VGP plans to develop about 13,700 m2 of warehouse capable of accommodating logistic and modern industrial activities through a platform featuring docks on both façades, a parking area, great flexibility in office distribution, and the possibility for roof-installed solar energy production.
