VGP wins Dachser as second tenant for VGP Park Erfurt

• Dachser leases 9,000 m² of warehouse space and 370 m² of office space at VGP Park Erfurt
• Occupation in Erfurt planned for the summer of 2023

Düsseldorf, 8 September 2022 - VGP NV (“VGP” or “the company”), a European provider of high-quality logistics and commercial real estate, has secured logistics provider Dachser as a tenant for its park in Erfurt.

At VGP Park Erfurt, Dachser will rent around 9,400 m² of space, of which around 400 m² are office and social space. The park represents the first joint project in Thuringia. It is located 20 minutes by car from Erfurt's old town and 30 minutes from Erfurt-Weimar airport and is set in a region that is economically important for agriculture, industry and trade. The area in and around Erfurt is considered the political and economic centre of Thuringia, with a focus on mechanical and plant engineering, technology, media and services. Erfurt's industrial estates are home to over 14,000 companies and employ about 140,000 people.

Dachser plans to move into VGP Park Erfurt on 1 July 2023.
