Park description
VGP is developing a new site on the southeastern outskirts of
Nuremberg. With more than 520,000 inhabitants, this is one
of Bavaria’s major cities. On an area of greater than 191,000 m²,
VGP plans to develop more than 89,800 m² of space for logistics,
industrial, and commercial activities. The park is located in the
immediate vicinity of the A6 motorway, at the Nuremberg-Langwasser
exit. Nurember’s g city centre is approximately 12 km from the site
