Park description

VGP Park Rouen will have a total surface area of approximately 150,000 m². The park is located in Petit-Couronne, in the immediate vicinity of Rouen, at the intersection of the A13, N338 and A150 motorways, which provide strategic links with the city and the Paris airports. It is situated at the heart of the ‘Axe Seine’, very close to Rouen river port giving access to Le Havre seaport and Paris. There is an immediate connection to the A13 motorway, which links Paris and the Ile de France region to Le Havre and Caen. The Rouen metropolis benefits from good public transport infrastructure and a rich and high quality labour pool. It has a population of around 500,000.
