Site Manager, Denmark

Based at our construction sites across the country, the candidate will help plan, coordinate and drive a wide range of construction projects from start to finish in consultation with the Project Manager. The position reports to the Technical Director of the organization.

The candidate must have experience with site management, environmental- and safety coordination and strong in AB18.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Collaboration and coordination with contractors and suppliers on site
  • Coordinating with authorities and utility companies etc. during construction
  • Day-to-day management of the construction site, including environmental and safety
  • Construction management of new construction, remodeling and ongoing maintenance
  • Reporting, follow-up and documentation within the organization
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers/tenants
  • Negotiations in connection with contracts and purchases of technical kind
  • Support other internal departments with technical know-how

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Experience in construction and construction management, ideally in an international company in the logistics and semi-industrial field (not mandatory)
  • Constructing Architect, Building engineer or other relevant education
  • AMK-B (Working Environment Coordinator) training is a requirement
  • Ability to manage multiple construction sites with varying degrees of complexity
  • Ability to complete projects on time and within budget while maintaining a high level of quality
  • Ability to work independently and drive the processes on site autonomously
  • Flexibility to embrace and take responsibility for “outside the box” tasks in a small, fast-growing organization
  • Good English language skills both verbal and written
