The park is located in the southern industrial area of Kecskemét, ca 5 km from the M5 highway connecting Budapest and countries in south-eastern Europe. The region’s biggest employer is Daimler Mercedes, but several other automotive suppliers are present in the city. The site is located in the vicinity of the Mercedes factory. Quality infrastructure and public transport are available on site. Kecskemét and its surrounding region are home to more than 200,000 inhabitants.
