VGP Park Montijo has a total land area of 85,014 m2. It is suitable for logistics, light industry and last mile supply. The park is located adjacent to national route N5, in the municipality of Montijo, near the junction of the A33 and A12 motorways and about 18 km distant from the centre of Lisbon. Both motorways link directly to the A2 and A1 via the Vasco da Gama Bridge, allowing a fast connection to Lisbon’s city centre and to the airport. This location has a catchment area of 3.02 million people.
