VGP Park Moerdijk, a partnership between VGP and Roozen Van Hoppe, is part of the 140ha XXL Logistics Park Moerdijk, ‘LPM’, which is situated in between of the Port of Rotterdam (NLD) and Port of Antwerp (BE) and is one of the few locations in the Netherlands where large-scale VAL & VAS distribution centres can be developed and built. Via its connections by inland vessels (CCT Terminal Moerdijk), by train, truck and waterways (connections to the North Sea, Waal, Rhine and Maas), LPM has it all to become ‘the European multimodal hub’. The location offers excellent facilities for multimodal handling of good flows and is, via the port, directly connected to the Betuweroute high-speed rail line. Situated in the province of North-Brabant, LPM is set to be integrated in the Dutch national 2022 logistics hot-spot table; with the #1 top spot Tilburg-Waalwijk #2 Oss-Veghel-‘s-Hertogenbosch and #3 Western-Brabant (Oosterhout – Breda – Roosendaal – Bergen Op Zoom – Moerdijk), as being a proven logistic region over the years, set by many successes in the area. The Park is the ideal hub for national and international logistic operations and offers build-to-suit warehouses including tailor made facilities for large scale logistic operations starting from ca. 20.000 m² (GLA) up to ca. 95.000 m² (GLA) warehouses in the logistic heart of the Netherlands.
