The park is located at São Pedro de Penaferrim, Mem Martins, next to the intersection of the A16 and A37, which also serve as a very important connection to Lisbon city, airport and seaport. Access to the A37 and A16 motorways is less than one km away, the A16 is the external motorway of Sintra city with connection to A9 – CREL External City Lisbon Highway – and to all major cities north of the Tagus river in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area. In addition, the park offers good connectivity to the city’s public transport facilities and a large work force pool – the city of Sintra itself has a total of circa 380,000 inhabitants.
